CDHC provides outpatient care only, if needed, a referral will be provided for acute psychotic care.

30, 45, and 60 minute therapy sessions focused on your treatment.

Trauma Informed Care

Understanding, recognizing, and responding to the effects of all types of trauma.

We Accept: Medicaid, Medicare, and Private Insurance. We offer a sliding fee for uninsured.
